Cocaine Anonymous (CA)
Cocaine Anonymous (CA) is fellowship of people with cocaine addiction, who share their experience, hope, strength, and struggles in an effort to overcome their addiction. Cocaine Anonymous believes that when one cocaine addict helps another, they both benefit and begin the healing process. Recovering cocaine addicts benefit most when they work to provide each other with maintaining their sobriety. Although our social, economic, and religious backgrounds may be different, our common bond of cocaine addiction helps us to bond together in an effort to recover.

What is Cocaine Anonymous (CA)
The twelve-step program to recover from cocaine addiction is Cocaine Anonymous (CA). It has no affiliation with Alcoholics Anonymous, yet shares a similar outline and uses variations of the twelve steps and twelve traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous. In addition to traditional cocaine, members of Cocaine Anonymous use crack, speed, synthetic cocaine, and other forms of cocaine, with most identifying as cocaine addicts.
The Twelve Steps of Cocaine Anonymous (CA)
The Twelve Steps describe the Program of Recovery used by Cocaine Anonymous
- We admitted we were powerless over cocaine and all other mind-altering substances — that our lives had become unmanageable.
2. Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.
3. Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood Him.
4. Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.
5. Admitted to God, to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.
6. Were entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of character.
7. Humbly asked Him to remove our shortcomings.
8. Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all.
9. Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.
10. Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it.
11. Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out.
12. Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to addicts, and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

Recovery is Possible in Cocaine Anonymous (CA)
Cocaine Anonymous was formed by people dealing with the helplessness against cocaine or other psychologically affecting substances. And we took the first step to accepting our problem. We have to deal with our mind's obsession and our bodies prone to allergic reactions of wanting to keep using drugs. But we have also discovered that recovery is possible. However, it can be dealt with support - mental, emotional, and physical from other members of the Cocaine Anonymous. One day, we will find our recovery through courage, hope, and faith.
